Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order. You can expect an email to let you know your order is on the way.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days using USPS or UPS. 

Delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. Flat rate shipping fee applies to orders shipping
to Continental U.S. states. We do not ship outside of the United States at this
time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition. Flat rate return shipping is $9.99

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at floridahatcompany@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
